Forcing a document on an App in the Dock

... just hold Command-Option, then drag the document’s icon to the Word icon in the Dock, and you can force it to try to open that document.

I think I really want to figure that one out... 27-30 seconds restart time blows me away (yes, blame me for freaking seconds measuring of computer startup speeds, I don't mind haha ;)
